What we do
WE BELIEVE IN OUR CIRCLE
We are grounded in our Circle of Community Values.
Our commitment ensures that your loved ones receive the respect and compassion for as long as possible.
We provide comprehensive hospice care that allows you or your loved one to remain at home and enjoy the highest quality of life.
We're Here Because We Care
We offer social services to meet the entire family's needs.
Our social workers work with the family to find benefits for which they are eligible and they are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help arrange the family's wishes.
Spiritual support, part of hospice and palliative care, may help people cope better with the hard, spiritual questions that come up at the end of life.
Spiritual support is not the same for everyone.
We will match each patient with a spiritual counselor with the same beliefs.
At Georgia Community Hospice, we offer emotional support before, during, and after death.
We understand that grief is a natural part of life and the journey through grief is life-changing. Grief is an individual process and there is no right way to grieve.
It is not something we can “get over” in a few days, weeks, or months.
Georgia Community Hospice's medical team develops a care plan that meets each patient’s individual needs for pain management and symptoms control.
